Dear Overseas participants,
Under current countermeasures implemented by the Government of Japan, all the overseas visitors who are entering into Japan are required to obtain a VISA.
The congress will prepare necessary documents, including ERFS (Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System) as soon as we receive information necessary to issue the documents, and we cordially ask you to contact the Embassy of Japan or Consulate-General of Japan to your residence for necessary procedures to obtain your VISA.
The latest information regarding the policy updates will be notified to you in a timely manner
via e-mail and on our official website.

Online participation from abroad
Because of the global situations with Covid-19 and Ukraine, the organizing committee is aware of cases where travel is restricted/prohibited by either your departure country or by Japan's entry immigration policy. Therefore, they now accept online presentation/participation from outside Japan.
Accepting second presentation
In response to your requests, now the organizing committee accepts at most two presentations from one presenter.
